Therapy that recognizes humanhood

I’ve always loved community initiatives. Everyday I pass things like community gardens and murals and bulletins at local coffee shops. I love seeing ways that people creatively and collaboratively come together to support one another.

Therapy, to me, is an excellent way to be apart of community. Whether you are receiving or administering the therapy, you are participating in a network of care and healing that goes beyond each of us individually. It helps empower each of us to grow and flourish so that our collective garden can thrive more fully.
